Documentary and Creative Workshops
Commissioned by Buckinghamshire Council to lead a series of creative workshops exploring what it means to age well, using storytelling, poetry and photography. The project culminated in a documentary and public exhibition sharing participants’ experiences and perspectives on ageing in Buckinghamshire.

ABOUT
Over several months, Hannah Kennedy, Jamie McNaught and I travelled across Buckinghamshire working with a range of community groups, including Men with Machines, Queens Park Arts Centre, Monday Connect Club, Burnham Monday Club, Movers and Shakers, Never Alone, and a number of local libraries and community spaces.
The workshops explored what it means to age well in Buckinghamshire, supporting participants to develop creative skills through storytelling, poetry and photography. Alongside this, we documented the process through filmed material and interviews, capturing participants’ reflections on ageing, memory and community.
The project culminated in a documentary and public exhibition, where we shared the work with Buckinghamshire Council and invited guests
