What a gift it is to call Chloe a collaborator. She brings a rigorous yet sensitive dramaturgical eye to every project, interrogating text and story with depth and care while always making sure I, as the writer, feel fully part of the process. She fosters an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive—where ideas are challenged, explored, and refined in a way that strengthens the work without ever losing its heart. Her ability to balance sharp dramaturgical insight with generosity is something I deeply admire, and she’s one of the few creatives I trust completely with my writing. I can’t wait to see what she makes next, because there’s no doubt it will showcase her bravery, excellence, and kindness.

[I] consider her to be one of the most rigorous and generous collaborators I've worked with. She holds my writing with such a care but also dramaturgically challenges the text to help the work reach it's full potential. Her collaborative approach is what really draws me to working with her. I can't wait to collaborate with her again!"

An ongoing series of small, curated sessions I run exploring text, devising and play. Inspired by the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab, LAB is a low-pressure space for artists to experiment, take risks, and make work through process rather than outcome.
The aim of the R&D was to try make the rehearsal process more equitable for both in person and remote participants. My hybrid remote advocacy role involved assistant directing, stage managing, facilitating and troubleshooting technical issues, prioritising equitable access throughout pilot tests.
I spearheaded a project cataloguing digital works created during pandemic-related theatre closures. I led on methodology, planning, execution, data collection and report writing, and presented findings to the Creators Programme.
